As President of the Washington University in St. Louis chapter of PGN, I would like to welcome you to our website!
As a professional development organization, PGN offers extensive resources to cultivate the unique academic and professional interests of its members. Through various professional skills workshops, community engagement opportunities, and social events throughout the semester, PGN bolsters its pillars of Professionalism, Philanthropy, and Community. While our members share a common interest in the professional world, we pride ourselves on the diversity of our members’ academic and professional passions. Our members span all four of WashU’s undergraduate schools with professional interests ranging across the industries of consulting, medicine, biotechnology, finance, architecture, and more.
When I was a freshman, PGN gave me the opportunity to explore my professional interests and find a community of talented, hard-working individuals that have encouraged me to reach new heights and expand my network. As a non-Olin primary student, I was initially hesitant regarding what this community could offer me, but through our transformative mentorship process for new members, I have been able to develop invaluable soft and hard skills while building lifelong friendships. Whether you are set on a particular industry or simply looking to develop your professional skill set, PGN will give you the tools necessary for any academic or professional goals you might have.
We encourage prospective members of varying academic interests and levels of professional experience to apply, and if you have any questions, do not hesitate to contact us!
